Players are responsible for ensuring that they use payment methods that are registered in their own name and that they have the legal authority to use. phkilig does not accept deposits or process withdrawals through payment methods belonging to third parties. Voluntary account closure will be processed in accordance with phkilig's internal procedures, and any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their verified payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Accounts that are closed due to a breach of these Terms may not be eligible for a refund of the account balance, depending on the nature of the violation.
